I think it would be really nice if you could have the toolbar on JS/CSS pages as well, of course not showing the usual tools but some special ones to insert things you need on JS/CSS pages. For example a button with {pre='function ', peri='name', post='() {\n\n}'}, buttons for if/while/for/... There could be selects for the most frequently used CSS-properties and colors. The search-and-replace is always a good idea. The help could tell you useful things from simple JS-syntax to the functions defined in wikibit.js (addPortletLink for example is something where I never know where to put which parameter).
