When go to Special:MovePage without a specified page, you get an error. It is better to give a input form, who the user can insert the source and target and after the submit the form checked, if the page exist and also check the protection (and so on) and after that, the page is moved.

Thanks for that dupe. The summary of the other bug is not the best for this feature request, but after reading the full bug it is clear, why this is a dupe.
