See the title of http://zh.m.wikipedia.org/ . I wrote {{DISPLAYTITLE:{{SITENAME}}}} in it.

I'm not sure what you are asking here? The <title> of the page seems to be correct.

The page is [[zh:Portal:移动版首页]]. He added {{DISPLAYTITLE:{{SITENAME}}}} to the page, which should override that title with the sitename, which is "Wikipedia". On the main site -- http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portal:%E7%A7%BB%E5%8A%A8%E7%89%88%E9%A6%96%E9%A1%B5 -- it does that. On the mobile site -- http://zh.m.wikipedia.org/ -- it does not.

This is now fixed with MobileFrontend being deployed.
