Description ty 2005-06-02 01:49:52 UTC
On several (not all pages), my internet explorer crashes when I
enter the page. For example, the pages for "cross product"
and "centripetal" crash my internet explorer.

These pages don't crash IE for me. MSIE 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519,
Windows XP sp2.

With Windows 98, you probably have an old IE version. From the pages, I'm guessing the problem was <math> tags. Try changing
the 'rendering math' user preference around and see if the problem disappears with another setting.

really we should have a field for browser version for bugs like this

unless you can tell us which version of ie is in use and we can track down an
installer for it there isn't a lot we can do about it.

Bugzilla can optionally capture the user agent (at least that's how
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ is set up), that isn't turned on on this
installation, perhaps it should.
