It's more an enhancement suggestion :
SVG could allow to create graphics without create a version for each language,
or better, to manipulate graphic annotations or whole graphics in wiki-style.

What is this bug about? SVG rasterizing support? We have that. SVG upload
support? We have that too. Editing SVG files? You can edit them like any other
file. Of course you'll have to enable all this through the appropriate options
on your wiki.

I'm marking this as INVALID since the bug doesn't even state a specific issue
that can be fixed.
