Steps to Reproduce ::

1) Add Firefogg to FireFox
2) Upload a video file
<<User not able to insert the file to the editor>>
3) Click on Cancel and re-visit the AMW and click on Upload tab
4) Click on a video which under "Your recent uploads to prototype.wikimedia.org"
<<Can not add the file to the editor>>


Expected Outcome::
Videos should be able to added to the editor

Test Environment::

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20091221 Firefox/3.5.7 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)
