[[wiktionary:en:Welcome#Translations]] generates different links at a) Wikimedia foundation projects ( [[en:User:Gangleri/tests/Interwiki%27s and anchors]] ): There the anchor is preserved and the generated link is http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Welcome#Translations b) At other wiki's as http://test.leuksman.com/index.php/User:Gangleri/tests/Interwiki%27s_and_anchors http://jadesukka.homelinux.org:8180/betawiki/Courtesy_to_our_friends_in_Finnland only http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Welcome is generated.
