To match the article positional increment, we need to parse the phrases as text (and not with constant pos increment). Currently a query "Category:X" will not find pages with Category:X in them because "Category:X" -> Category +1 X, but Category:X -> Category +2 X.

Searched for "Category:Bugzilla" (including the quotation marks) on mediawiki.org (CirrusSearch) lists Pages in category "Bugzilla". Same for Category:Bugzilla without quotation marks. However I'm not sure if that's what this ticket is about, due to > will not find pages with Category:X in them Does 'in them' refer to general text content?
