Patch to allow Lucene Search configure to work with symlinked dirs

If you have an installation where the MediaWiki files are centralized, the "configure" script that comes with Lucene Search doesn't work correctly.

I've attached a patch that simply adds the "--conf" argument when calling maintenance/eval.php to make it work correctly in all instances.
