The hyphen-to-dash conversion changes the - characters into en-dashes 
during rendering, silently changing the link to point at http://
test.leuksman.com/index.php/Image:
Town_hall%2C_Reims%2C_France_2004%E2%80%9311%E2%80%9305.jpg

This will make it impossible to link to certain pages.
