Because the text at [[Special:Version]] seems to be hardcoded (in English) for
RTL wiki's this texts should start would < div dir=dir=ltr" > and end with <
/div > .

[[ar:Special:Version]]
[[fa:Special:Version]]
[[he:Special:Version]]
[[yi:Special:Version]]

To my knowledge http://bugzilla.wikipedia.org/ has no "Preview" .

It was intentionaly because I did not know what result it would generate. Has
bugzilla changed recently ? "Preview" or "Sandbox" would be a "nice to have".

Wrapped the whole thing in <div dir="ltr">, looks okey on [[yi:Special:Version]]
but not [[ar:Special:Version]] (the list is up against the left margin)

This is FIXED. The issue on ar: is related to Bug 2020
