The disabled, greyed-out fields in the filter detail view are extremely hard to read, at least in some web browsers. The text is grey and the background is very slightly lighter grey.

When the edit field is disabled in "view source" view, the text is black, so shows up properly against the grey background. This should also be done for the filter detail view.

Reopening, since en.wp is currently at rev 53410, and textboxes are still disabled: grey and very difficult to scroll in some browsers. I do confirm that they are now readonly.

The revision number is misleading since Wikipedia moved to using the wmf-deployment branch. I highly suspect r52739 hasn't been merged to that branch yet and is therefore not live.
