Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Several of the newer namespaces on the Latin Wikipedia and Wiktionary need to be 
translated:

Also, both Project: namespaces need to be translated--la.wikipedia has Wikipedia:, 
left over from before "Vicipaedia" was settled on, and la.wiktionary also has 
Wikipedia: for some reason.
