I typed in 'Lebeque sisters' and instead of the encylopedia I got a servere warning. It said that my ID was86 156 67 143 and that I had purposeky interfered with information on the Christopher Tancred page. I have no idea whi this gentleman is or who 86 156 67 143 is either.

You probably mean IP, not ID. IP addresses are sometimes reassigned by ISPs, so what very likely happened is that the 'previous owner' of your IP address vandalized something and was blocked as a result. MediaWiki has no way to recognize that your IPs have been reassigned in the meantime. Creating an account and logging in will allow you to edit and use the wiki without these issues.
