We don't need to see all those "Other languages" links. We 
should be able to see what languages, if any, we want to 
see.

Presumably you want a user option to specify what languages to show in the
sidebar, you can do this with CSS3 selectors.

I don't want to have to learn about how the language codes work in the addresses and CSS3 
selectors in order to do this. I want it added to the preferences page.
