Description DaSch 2009-04-06 11:24:25 UTC
Would be nice to have a possibillity to create options for Skins that could be changed through users settings

for example then there could be a skin with serveral colors which the user can pick through his settings

Is this feasible? I mean, we already have user CSS...
Comment 2 Brion Vibber 2009-09-23 20:18:28 UTC
Current preferences architecture in 1.16 should make this fairly straightforward; a custom or extension-driven skin should be able to inject preferences and make use of them at will.

Of course we've had skin-related preferences for ages such as the sidebar left/right selection for the classic skins, that were just present in the pref defaults.
