I suggest making "Special:Deleted Contribs/Myself" accessible for everyone. It would really be handy to know which of my own contributions were deleted. Otherwise, there's currently no easy way (for non-admins) to know when or if a (speedy) deletion request was granted. Adding all those pages where I request deletion to the watchlist is bloating that one needlessly.
