Special:Categories has the handy "last" link at bottom, (putting
"dir=prev" into the URL.) However, e.g., Special:Wantedpages doesn't,
causing the user to have to have to just keep clicking "next 500"
until eventually hitting the end, (unless he tampers with the URL
bar...) Same problem for several other Special Pages.
