There should be a feature that allows users to filter the 'whatlinkshere' special page by transclusions. That is to say, if page A links to page Z, and page B transcludes page A, the whatlinkshere page for Z will show both A and B. There should be a featured that allows users to go to Z's whatlinkshere page and filter out transcluded pages or to include only transcluded pages.
