The row-view shows that there is only 1 atachment AFAIS.

Updated summary. The attachment is only sent once in the email, but two rows are created for it in the article_attachment table.

This is a bug visible in the db backside, Please tell me how you checked it?

On me installation of OTRS, Which now I see is quite stupid, since it might not be the same setup as the wikimedia one.
