When a page is first saved, the links tables record for that article links to pages linked 
to by the 'newarticletext' message.

The links will be removed from the tables on the next edit or by a refreshLinks 
process.

The message is addWIkiText'd in EditPage.php before actual save processing, and the 
links seem to hang around and end up in $wgLinkCache by the time the LinksUpdate 
executes.

Bug confirmed present in 1.4 current and HEAD.
