The image i linked to has no information associated with it - not only is the description page missing, it has also no upload-versions, etc. The image does not seem to exist for the database, but is found on the harddrive (or something like that). I could not find the image in the deletion log, and no deleted versions are displayed. Something is wrong here, but i'm not sure what. Oh, and no, the image is not included from the commons. I'm labeling this as "major" because it is possible that information-los is caused by a bug / replication problem.

There was an old bug in which the file upload information and image page wouldn't be recorded until the uploader clicked the confirmation button after receiving a 'warning' (eg about filename normalization, large size, etc). But the file would still be left there unless they clicked the 'cancel' button. This file seems consistent with that: file is present, but no recorded log entry, image table entry, or description page. That bug was fixed a while ago -- such files are moved to a temporary directory instead of the main download area pending confirmation -- so I'm marking this bug FIXED. Either delete the image, or re-add the information.
