Current implementation of OpenID extension automatically creates a user account based on OpenID nickname if such name is valid user name and not taken. This might not be desirable, especially when multiple URLs are used and user can pick different OprnID provider next time (see bug 17632 and bug 17631).

As an alternative to automatic creation, users should be provided with the form that allows user to pick a name or associate with existing account.

Biggest pain point is when user creates multiple accounts when logging in with multiple OpenID URLs.
