Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

I made a new function to create appropriate string of new edit, minor edit and
patrolled flags.

Changes:

The sublines of enchanted recentchanges used class 'minoredit' instead of 'minor'-
 $r .= '<span class="minoredit">' . htmlspecialchars( $M ) . '</span>';

The old style recentchanges changed from 'mN !' to 'Nm!' but is now consistent
with the enchanted recentchanges - and the order is easy to change.
