At [[Special:Contributions/Foo]], it would be nice if the "Deleted contributions" link at the top of the page were red when the user has no deleted contributions.

Why? We don't color [[Special:Contributions/Foo]] red if Foo has no contributions. Its a valid link to a special page. Suggest WONTFIX.

We color the link at [[Special:Log/newusers]]. The alternative is making the link not display at all, but that's just confusing. A quick way to look and see that the user has no deleted contribs is handy.
