Quite often, new users/IPs do some test edits/vandalism and reset it to the original version within approximately 2-3 minutes. I suggest that an edit becomes autoreviewed, if the version does not show any difference to the last reviewed version and all edits were within say 5 minutes by the same user/IP.

An example of such an edit is http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Debby_Boone&oldid=51780000&diff=cur&diffonly=0.
