Description Alex 2005-03-15 23:20:04 UTC
Dear wiki*,

The tradtional and simplified Chinese script pages are in total chaos. Someone
had the bright idea that character translation is automatic and that one version
is necessary. This is not the case. As of present, the pages in "Chinese" are
in a mix of traditional and simplified script. It should be either both, or the
one; not a mix.

Please remedy this with the old method of Traditional and Simplified scripts.

Thank you

Can you elaborate on the issue a little bit? What pages at which wikipedia? If
you are refering to the zh wikipedia, there is a conversion system running, and
you have to option to display a page either in Traditional Chinese, or
Simplified Chinese, or in its original form with possibily mixed Simplified and
Traditional characters. It is not clear from your comments why and how this is
causing a chaos.

And what is the "old method"?
