If a template containing interwiki links is used in an article, the resulting article contains template's interwiki links in addition to its own.
Not a bug; that's how it works.
Yes, it works like that. But it seems that this is a wrong behavior. For example: The template <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:UEFA_teams> contain a interwiki link to equivalent template in spanish wikipedia. So each page calling this template contains an interwiki link to the spanish template, whereas it has to point only to the corresponding page in the spanish wikipedia.
In that case, you want the same issue as bug 835. Resolving as duplicate. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 835 ***
Request 835 is about Categories. Would it be the same with interwiki?
