Since 180px thumbnails are too small, we usually set a 200px size, but in that manner users cannot set thumbail size on their preferences: this can be troublesome for low vision people, and reduces accessibility. 
It would be good to have 200px as default, and not to establish this size in the single page. 
There is consensus for this request in the community (see link).
