Dear all,

please provide a SUL-Newuser-Log.
*It should be on Meta and _hidden from the recentchanges_
(like http://meta.wikimedia.org/w/ca.php but not in one page, because it takes ages to load (with "next page" buttons like in other logs) and preferably sorted like the newuserlog (sorted by creation)
*It should contain a link to centralAuth for stewards and possibly to VVVs-sul-tool too.

Imo hidden SUL accounts shouldn't appear in this log (nor on ca.php! nor on local logs [bug 14476]) except for stewards [that of course with a note that it's hidden]. That would be a good feature for [[:m:Special:GlobalUsers]], too.

I propose a special irc room on irc.wikimedia.org only for global account creations (e.g. #newusers). :)

We have an IRC channel on irc.wikimedia.org now, which is sufficient. Duping to bug 15276.
