Localization is mainly done in the mediawiki-namespace, only the namespace names
have been localized in this file. Please update them.

Additional request:
If an overwrite THE OTHER WAY ROUND (from mediawiki namespace to the php file)
is possible, please do that, too, though it is not essential.

Installed LanguageKu.php stub on wikipedia.org,
committed to CVS HEAD and CVS REL1_4.
Fixed articles that were already created using the new namespace names.
