via IPv6 tunnel sixxs.org acess wikimedia. In edit mode, all external links  force add suffix ".sixxs.org", and save. IPv4 can't acess these links.

This isn't something we can fix, it's not MediaWiki changing the links.  I forwarded the problem to someone from SixXS.

We might be able to throw in another hidden field check (making sure a hidden pseudo-URL gets passed through intact), but if they can fix it quick that's nicer.
