pl i18n update for CentralAuth extension

Rename the SUL concept to "konto uniwersalne" (was: "konto globalne"). "Globalny" in Polish is used when referred
to the whole world and seldom as the opposite of "local", although the English language influences this.

Support. It is quite a simple translation trap that even I got into (shame on me). "Konto uniwersalne" imples more clearly that a given account is universally used [in Wikimedia projects] by one user.
