When adding url like [www.24hrart.org.au/pdf's/Utama_Every.pdf] in Mediawiki it doensn't show it like an external link. Check reference number 4 here http://sr.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%A1%D0%B8%D0%BD%D0%B3%D0%B0%D0%BF%D1%83%D1%80

You need to include the "http://" part of the URL; apostrophes are recognized correctly.
