Many special pages, such as Special:Version, Special:Statistics and even Special:Watchlist, are divided up by <h2> or <h3> headings; unlike the headings used in normal pages, however, these cannot be linked to: [[Special:Version#Installed extensions]] does *not* link directly to the relevant section of Special:Version, for instance.  It would be nice if appropriate span- or div-ids could be added to the special pages that contain section headings so that they can be linked to in the normal fashion.
