There is no sight-this-revision link if only the diff, not the page content, is shown!

You can configure in your Special:Preferences to only get a revision comparision, but no page content on diffs. It's used by experienced users pretty often, I think. Then no sight-it link is there.

People need to see the content, really. Otherwise image/template vandalism is invisible.

But if only the text was changed (no extra image/template change) it would be admissible, wouldn't it?
