<onlyinclude> tags should work when loading boilerplates, <includeonly> and <noinclude> tags already work.  This may require more coding so it would be nice to be able to use the code that handles this in the parser (making the custom <noinclude> and <includeonly> code redundant -- very useful as this could have edge-case bugs so it would be better to use more maintained code that is almost guarenteed to work in the expected way).
