Special version for MedCom wiki

After discussion with Brion and the english mediation committee mailing list, we would like a MedCom wiki setting up on wikimedia servers. I've attached a copy of our current private wiki's special:Version, but we specifically need group administration enabling, and an ability for us to add our own namespaces (I think it's prefixAdministration). Anyway, the majority should be on Special:Version that's enclosed.

Hmm Special:Version doesn't actually say much about our wiki's set up (which I'm currently hosting, for those who haven't been involved thus far).  I believe we're waiting for Brion to get in touch to clarify details, Ryan?

Sorry, yeah we are waiting for Brion, I just presumed we needed to file this to make it official - certainly not an attempt at forum shopping. I'll try even harder to get in touch with Brion.
