Description Derk-Jan Hartman 2008-01-22 02:21:35 UTC
When an image is on the bad image list, it does not transclude on most pages. In that case it results in a string of text that links to the image (ie. "thumb|256px|right") . This is very confusing for users. It makes them think that something is broken, and they report such things to the Helpdesk. If an image is blocked, why not just include a text that says the image is on the blacklist, instead of presenting the user the confusing "remnants" of a failed inclusion?

Very similar to bug 10151 -> DUPE
