Dear friends, This enhancement request is similar as bug 12082 · add « id="wpTextbox1" » to the « textarea » at « [[special:Emailuser/Foo]] » details: At the sourcecode of the page [[commons:special:Upload]] you will find <textarea tabindex='3' name='wpUploadDescription' id='wpUploadDescription' rows='6' cols='80'></textarea> Having the « id="wpTextbox1" » there one could use the JavaScript tool created by Brionsome time ago at http://test.leuksman.com/extensions/BidiSwitch/switch.js which is used to select the directionality in « textarea forms » . I did not open a report / enhancement request asking variable directionality support for « diff » as well. That would be required in the preview during editing and for the difference between versions.

I did not like to open a new report / enhancement request for this.
