Description Kim Dent-Brown 2007-11-30 12:49:29 UTC
While I was trying to propose an article for deletion using Twinkle, an administrator has deleted the article in question. The result is that a new article was created momentarily after the deletion, empty of content other than my completed Prod template, and appearing to have been created by me. This has happened twice today: an example is the URL above, an article called [[Petrol beast]] on en:Wikipedia.

Tested locally and this works as expected: if you start editing a page, it's deleted, and then you try to save it, you get a clear warning. If this occurs using the actual interface we provide, please reopen this. Otherwise I'm going to have to assume it's a problem with the "Twinkle" utility you say you're using -- I suggest you report this problem to them.
