For the last week or two pages hang for a few minutes when trying to load them in Internet Explorer 5 for Mac. The last time this happened I was told it was a problem with the way style sheets are handled in Explorer. You were able to fix it at your end the last time. Seems the latest reprogramming round has brought back that problem.

Yep, looks like the new centralized notice system has the same problem, probably triggered when I worked local site notices into it.

I've copied the fix from RawPage.php in there in r28192.

You may have to clear the cache and/or restart IE manually once.
