patch with Persian names of Hebrew months

I was reading Mosahab's The Persian Encyclopedia and came over the Persian names of the Hebrew months. I don't believe this would be useful unless for the very small Jewish Iranian community, but still, as the Arabic localization file seemed to have localized names for the Hebrew calendar, I thought this may be more useful than I originally thought.
