[[WT:PREFS]] already has an option to always disable translation table hiding.

A useful related option for those of us who often edit translation tables is to prevent the hiding in preview mode. It's quite annoying to preview a translation and have to unhide the table every time.

This "should" be easily done by checking wgAction for "Preview" but I haven't checked.

In fact we need to check that wgAction is "submit" and that getElementById "wikiPreview" finds something.
