It seems the "renameuserlogpage" message is not showing up properly on [[Special:Log]].  The cause seems likely to be r25997, which delays loading of the relevant message file until [[Special:Renameuser]] is actually accessed.  I'd revert the change myself, but I'm not at home right now and can't access svn from here.
