patch for messagesSv.php

This is an update to the Swedish message file. The patch includes translations of new messages.

A comment for 'filename-bad-prefix' said to only translate if you need to change it. I am not sure exactly what is meant by that. But I decided that I needed to change the instructions to Swedish, so I translated the message. The blacklisted prefixes are the same as in the English message file.

Yes, thats OK. Because this message isn't a visible part of the user interface a translation is not needed, the message was marked as "optional".
