This has happened to us twice. When many people are using the wiki at once, editing separate pages, if they all try and save their edits at the same time, a lot of them will be logged out of the wiki. We have boosted the server, thinking that there was not enough RAM, but it happened again after doing that. Could it be a php or mysql issue?

Is this still occurring? (on 1.15.1)

If so, what versions of PHP, MySQL, and what web server is being used? IIS? Apache? Again, what version

They're on 1.15.1 now...
