specials/SF_CreateForm.php, specials/SF_CreateProperty.php and specials/SF_CreateTemplate.php have absolute paths to CSS files that should be replaced with $sfgScriptPath instead

Patch is attached. Patch is taken against 0.5.7 version, but it seems to be the problem in the latest code as well.

Thanks for the patch; it was applied in version 0.6.1.

Looks like it wasn't applied correctly - one global declaration missed. See Bug 11419.
