Description Andrew Howat 2007-09-10 09:01:43 UTC
If a page is templated into another page (e.g. page Bar contains {{:Foo}}) but Foo is unlinked to from anywhere else, Foo shows up in Special:Lonelypages.

Is it possible to change this behaviour so that it doesn't (e.g. {{:Foo}} is treated the same as [[Foo]])?

If not, or there is justifiable reasons to prevent this, could there be some additional functionality added to Special:Lonelypages that then allows a viewer of the page to switch on and off functionality to enable and disable the viewing of templated/included pages as Orphaned?

Is there a specific example for a template inclusion on some Wikimedia site that this request could be (re)tested with?
