Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description Dan Jacobson 2007-08-31 04:13:47 UTC
Visit the above URL with "Load images automatically" turned off in your firefox browser (I use Linux version.)

Do you see an ugly jumble:

Bold textItalic textInternal linkExternal link (remember http:// prefix)Level 2 headlineEmbedded imageMedia file linkMathematical formula (LaTeX)Ignore wiki formattingYour signature with timestampHorizontal line (use sparingly)

That's what it looks like if you had tested with javascript on, but images off.
So proper alt codes or whatever need to be given.

Looks like the "Load images automatically" setting is ignored for the Editor itself nowadays (Firefox 16.0.1, Fedora16).
